Terms of Service

Hypedout is a product-discovery leaderboard where websites may earn position through paid placement and community hype. A checkout purchase claims an opening rank tier; it does not guarantee a permanent position because later purchases and community hype can change the board.

Listings

You must control or be authorized to promote any website you submit. We may reject or remove misleading, illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive listings. Rankings may change whenever bids, hypes, fraud controls, or the scoring model change.

Fair use

Automated voting, manipulation, identity evasion, and interference with the service are prohibited. We may discount or remove suspicious activity.
