Refund Policy

If a payment succeeds but the purchased listing cannot be activated because of a technical error, contact us for correction or a refund. Refund requests for an activated rank placement are reviewed case by case because leaderboard position is delivered immediately and can change dynamically.

Nothing on this page limits rights that apply under mandatory consumer law. Dodo Payments may process approved refunds back to the original payment method.
